Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on theaoura (the "Store"), a brand owned and operated by Partython Private Limited, No. 5, 2nd Street, Devi Nagar, Ayapakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600077, India (GSTIN 33AANCP1567D1ZH).

1. Where we ship

We currently deliver to serviceable pincodes across India only. We do not ship internationally at this time. If your pincode is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will let you know before dispatch and refund your payment in full to the original payment method.

2. Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders. Because Theaoura is a 100% prepaid store, there are no cash-on-delivery or convenience fees either. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, inclusive of GST.

3. Processing and dispatch time

• Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
• Ready-to-ship products are packed, quality-checked and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST, on Sundays or on public holidays are processed from the next business day.
• During sale periods and festive seasons dispatch may take up to 3 business days. We will tell you on the product page or by email if this applies.
• Any product marked "Made to order" or "Pre-order" will show its own dispatch timeline on the product page.

4. Delivery timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and may be affected by weather, regional restrictions, strikes or other events beyond our control. The delivery estimate shown on the product page is indicative and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

5. Order tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we send the tracking number and a tracking link to the email address and mobile number used at checkout. You can also view your order status any time by signing in to your account on our Store, or by writing to us on WhatsApp at +91 73050 65065.

6. Delivery attempts and undelivered parcels

• Our courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts. Please keep your phone reachable on the delivery day.
• If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, the recipient was unavailable after all attempts, or delivery was refused, we will contact you. You may choose to have the order re-shipped (re-shipping charges may apply) or to receive a refund of the order value less the actual forward and return shipping costs incurred.
• Please make sure your address, landmark and pincode are correct before paying. We cannot change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

7. Damaged or tampered packages

All Theaoura parcels are sealed with tamper-evident packaging. If the outer package looks damaged, opened or tampered with, please refuse the delivery or note it with the delivery agent, and write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your parcel; it helps us resolve any concern quickly. Please see our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy for next steps.

8. Multiple items

Orders with multiple products are usually shipped together. Occasionally items may be shipped in separate parcels at no extra cost to you; you will receive tracking details for each parcel.
