Cancelling your order
- You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. Simply WhatsApp us at +91 73050 65065 or email theaouraofficial@gmail.com with your order number.
- Pre-dispatch cancellations receive a full refund to the original payment method, initiated within 2 business days. Your bank usually credits it within 5–7 business days.
- Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. You can still use our 7-day exchange, or return the product if it is damaged, defective or wrong, as per our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
- Refusing a prepaid parcel at delivery is not treated as a cancellation. Refused parcels are handled as described in our Shipping Policy.
- Made-to-order or customised products cannot be cancelled once production has begun; this will be stated on the product page.
Cancellations by Theaoura
We may cancel an order in exceptional cases, such as a product being unexpectedly out of stock, a pricing or listing error, a non-serviceable delivery pincode, a failed quality check, or suspected fraudulent activity. When this happens we will inform you by email/SMS/WhatsApp and refund 100% of the amount paid to your original payment method.
